Shenell started her Pilates career in 2011. She qualified through Top Condition SA - Control Conditioning, and has been instructing ever since. There after she graduated from The Tshwane University of Technology attaining a Bachelor’s Degree with Cum Laude in Dance Pedagogy. She brings a plethora of experience in dance as well pilates. Pilates is not her only love, she is also a registrered Royal Academy of Dance Ballet teacher.

Shenell is a passionate instructor and loves working together with her clients to achieve their goals. 

She loves sharing her knowledge and passion and aims to instill confidence, discipline, strength and knowledge in an environment where anyone can learn, create, and evolve into the future bodies they wish to have.

Jessica is a certified Pilates and Yoga instructor with a passion for movement, wellness, and rehabilitation. Currently studying Physiotherapy, she blends mindful movement with functional anatomy to create personalised sessions that build strength, flexibility, and resilience.

 

Her approach emphasises alignment, breathwork, and controlled movement, integrating physiotherapy principles to enhance mobility and prevent injuries.

 

Whether you're improving posture, recovering from an injury, or seeking mindful movement, Jessica provides a supportive space for all levels.
